Parking
There is enough parking places for one restaurant. There is one available restaurant spot located outside West End Lake Shore Park. There is someone wanting to develop that spot. Compromise for all parties.
Park reduction creep
Going back to 1996, efforts were underway to reduce West End LakeShore Park east of West Roadway to add parking for the restaurants. Current proposals have not included enough parking and will require creeping into the park for more restaurant parking.
